We understand that costs are important. Motels run on very thin margins. Our prices start from $65 a week for a minimum 12 week period. To save you getting out your calculator that's $780, see I told you we like to help!
For motels with over 6 different room types, we charge an additional $125 set up fee which is charged with the first months invoice.
We like to be flexible so if you only want us to manage your online listings over your peak periods the 12 week minimum can be split to cover peak dates.
